Everything is exorbitantly priced. And to top it off, there is a $5 minimum eftpos fee. It’s salt in the wounds for patients, & visiting family and friends who have no alternative to buy at.
There's an asian female employee who makes a mockery of customers health conditions behind people's backs. Why are people like this employed in a pharmacy. I'll be making an official complaint to get rid of this person, it gives Terry white a bad name.
Very disappointing service from the Pharmacist today. Not only did he fail to tell us that he was unable to fill one of the scripts, he also failed to supply the referral paperwork. My wife was desperate for some cancer pain relief after hours of waiting in the hospital to be given the run around with poor service. We always seek out a Terry White chemist as the service is usually second to none, but we won't be using the RAH one ever again. I rarely give negative reviews, but this was unacceptable.
