Been going there for years since 2014 . Stopped about 16 months ago . Was told by a lady serving i had a unpaid medical script that had to be paid. I said ill come in a few days on my pension day and fix up the bill for $7.70 Aud . Then told couldnt leave the shop unless i paid it now . I now go to bailey centre pharmacy . Medical scripts cheaper for pensioners . And every staff member are wonderfull . Parking at times a hassle . But well worth the change .
I am a regular user of this pharmacy. Pleasant and efficient staff. Go out of their way to help!
They don’t mind leaving you to wait 30 minutes only to tell you they don’t have the medicine you need in stock.
108 phone calls just to fill 1 script .... 3 days later still waiting even though paid for express post and script..everyweek its take between 2 to 3 hours of constant phoning just to get through to order and pay script ...NOT recommended....day 5 still no mail,,, the phamacy charged me express postage next day delivery,,,worth contacting the accc and tga to report they ripping people off by charging express post,,,You can report a pharmacy for charging postage and sending by normal mail to the Office of the Health Ombudsman... read more
