I had a great experience getting my vaccination here. The process was smooth, quick, and very well organised.
service used to be great, but change of staff. I was the only customer in the shop but was asked to wait by the girl behind the counter, who was clearly composing an email to her mother back home about her working holiday. At close to 2 mins wait, i realised she was back-keying to fix up the bit about how hard she works. i figured this could take a few more minutes, so i apologised for being there while she was so terribly busy and went to another chemist. Best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Rachelle, the pharmacist, went out of her way to help me get my medication while I am currently unwell and unable to pick up in-store or get the third-party delivery function to work with my e-script.
