Ruby, literally, the most informed and empathetic pharmacist I’ve dealt with in a while. Unfortunately, I chose to overshare and she met with me with empathy and patience. I told her about the medication I was filling and she took the time to answer my questions appropriately. I will come back here (partially to see this pharmacist, because she was respectful). Thank you, Ruby.

I rushed to the pharmacy on my lunch break and waited 15 minutes to pick up a prescription from this shop on 07/08/2026, only to get back to work and found the expiry date is September 2026! Does this mean I have to rush to finish a box of 30 painkillers before next month? What?! I definitely don't want to be in enough pain to need one every single day! Lesson learned: always check the expiry date before leaving the pharmacist's counter.

By far the best chemist. The staff are always so nice and ready to help, even with weird questions. They treat you with respect and like you're a friend. I always look forward to saying his and having a chat, they're busy, but never too busy to put a priority on good service. I'll never go anywhere else.

Not my usual TerryWhite but the staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful when I came in to fill a script and pick up a few over-the-counter items to help while I recover. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist. It was great to see they knew so many customers by name—it really shows how much they care about their regulars. Thanks so much, I’m already feeling much better!
