By far the best chemist. The staff are always so nice and ready to help, even with weird questions. They treat you with respect and like you're a friend. I always look forward to saying his and having a chat, they're busy, but never too busy to put a priority on good service. I'll never go anywhere else.
Not my usual TerryWhite but the staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful when I came in to fill a script and pick up a few over-the-counter items to help while I recover. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist. It was great to see they knew so many customers by name—it really shows how much they care about their regulars. Thanks so much, I’m already feeling much better!
I had a great experience getting my vaccination here. The process was smooth, quick, and very well organised.
service used to be great, but change of staff. I was the only customer in the shop but was asked to wait by the girl behind the counter, who was clearly composing an email to her mother back home about her working holiday. At close to 2 mins wait, i realised she was back-keying to fix up the bit about how hard she works. i figured this could take a few more minutes, so i apologised for being there while she was so terribly busy and went to another chemist.
