I recently had the pleasure of working with Terry and his team to replace several different floor coverings with high quality composite vinyl. Every person I worked with was helpful and professional. The install went smoothly with the team arriving on time each day and a full cleanup each night. I'm so pleased with the experience and the outcome. Terry and his crew did an amazing job in my home. They ripped up the carpeting in our main living room and the slate in our foyer. This was all done in less than a day. They went on to install BEAUTIFUL wide plank walnut hardwood floors in both those rooms and my other living room. The guys were very nice and did an AMAZING JOB with the install. I contracted with this company to install carpeting in an area. We specifically discussed the need to trim three sets of closet doors if needed. The carpet was installed but he DID NOT TRIM THE DOORS AS DISCUSSED PRIOR TO START OF THE WORK. He finally agreed to trim one set of doors but with saw in hand he REFUSED TO TRIM THE OTHER DOORS THAT COULD NOT EVEN BE OPENED WITHOUT RUBBING ON THE NEW CARPET.
