We cleared everything out of our offices in preparation for their arrival and they did not show up, and nobody answered our several calls and text messages. Poor business practices!
I had been using Terry for about 10.years. Never had an issue. However, I phoned him to set up a cleaning on a Thursday. I had company coming from overseas the next day and wanted the house to be clean. I got all of the furniture up and was ready for the scheduled 10-12 am timeframe.
