Steven Gamble was like an angel the way he helped in a time of need. I was on my drive moving from NY to IL and my tire almost blew on the highway. I contacted AAA and they sent White's Towing. The man who replaced my tire with the donut stripped MULTIPLE lug nuts which put me in an incredible predicament. I contacted AAA again and they sent Steven to help. He was kind and patient. Stephen towed my truck and was a great guy to deal with. Recommend them 100%
Nothing like watching a crappy driver drive down the road with a half ass secured load. Hell one of the chains is just laying on the end of the bed about to fall off. He only had a total of 2 secured points on the vehicle. Front right strap ran through the wheel and a chain on the back left sub frame. Even if it's a junk tow you gotta secure your load by the book, 4 points on contact fellas.
