I took my parts in to save money, and I was told the cost for the labor, and after I dropped off the parts and my SUV. The next day I called to find out what time my car would be ready. Only after I called did I find out they ran into an issue and broke a part on my car. The front desk guy was very rude loud and obnoxious when explaining what happened. Very dishonest shop. I gave it a try because of good reviews online and it's close to home. I had an engine cooling problem and I knew the connection of the fan wasn't very good. Went in the shop for a diagnose, was told that I had to pay for more than $500 to fix, the replacement fan would cost $250. I told them to hold and looked up online. I could get the fan for less than $90. Called Terry and said I would pick up the car WITHOUT repair. Next morning, Terry told me the fan was replaced and had to charge me more than $500... read more

Terry and his crew are great. I have been coming to Terry's since he opened his shop on Archer Road in 2007. Terry is always willing to work with me. I never feel like I am being cheated. He is an "Honest Mechanic!"

Told them if you get couldn't do the alignment due to something broken or needing fixed not to do it. They charge me $70 to tell me it's due to the tires so they rotated them so now it pulls left instead of right!
