Made me wait 1.5 hours despite having a scheduled inspection appointment. The inspection also appeared to be rushed, as they completely missed an exhaust leak. Additionally, they operate under a different business name that advertises Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVI), but they are not licensed to perform MVIs.
We recently visited here to fix an engine warning light issue. The problem lasted only a few days after the repair, then the light came back on. The owner had poor communication, deflecting responsibility when the problem reoccurred, and a clear lack of thorough diagnosis. I took my Fiat car in for maintenance. They changed the oil, tightened any loose parts, and even smoothed out the rough handles that used to cut my hands. It was fantastic!
👎🏻I absolutely cannot recommend this shop. Their service was terrible, and the whole experience was a nightmare. They don’t seem to care about doing repairs properly. Instead, they just always start doing some works on your car without your permission, keep your car there for days, and then charge you for it. I brought my car in for repairs, and after a few days they had disconnected the catalytic converter from the exhaust and never put it back.
