I have used Terry's for a couple of years and they have always been friendly and dependable. He guarantees his work and for a woman that means alot. They font try to get over on ya, they give you a quote and that's what I have paid. I trust them and I won't take my vehicle to anyone else.

This place is so unpredictable and u professional. I took my car in and was told it would be fixed in 3 days. No one called to ever update me. I had to call everyday to get answers. It took almost 2 weeks to get my car serviced and they tried to charge me $200 more than what was originally quoted. I will just stick to Metric Motors in Edmond and make the drive. The service was awful and my air conditioner still is not working 600 dollars later.

Terry's saved me a lot of money. After my purse got caught when I closed the door on my 2004 Toyota Tundra the door handle was loose on one side. A couple of auto shops told me they would have to order a new handle, have it painted and installed. They declined to pull the door panel to see what the problem actually was. Terry's removed the interior door panel and found a bolt had come loose and was in the bottom of the door. They reinstalled that single bolt and now my door handle is solid and secure again. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill in a bad, bad way. I used to go to Terry all the time, and he is a good and courteous mechanic. Too bad he hired a gang of witless morons. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and was told they would look at it the next morning. I called around 4:30pm on Thursday, and was told they would look at it first thing Friday morning. I stopped by Friday afternoon and was told my truck was next, I waited until 4:45pm and called, and was chastised for inquiring about my truck. I was asked i... read more

Terrible auto repair shop, horrible service, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. i HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR FOUR YEARS. Terry used to be good but now that he has expanded he does not care if he fixes your car properly or not. I took my car there to change spark plugs and ignition wire and he kept my car for 27 days!!!. the car became worse than when he fixed it and i had to take it to kia , because of his terrible "repair" . Excellent service. The dealership service department wanted over $600 to change the radiator on my car. And I'd have to leave it overnight. Terry did the job in a couple of hours and it cost half that amount. You won't be sorry. They know their stuff and they're not out to rob their customers. All I can say is -I'm very satisfied.

Stay away from this business at all costs. They did not fix my car right the first time--or the "fix" seemed to last only a few days. A few days later I was having the exact problem but was very busy. Then they said it might have had a totally different problem. They said a lot of damage had been done by the time I had come back when they had had the opportunity to fix it correctly the first time I came in. As far as I know, it had the same symptoms.
