I have been a customer of Terry's for many years. He has great prices and has always backed up his products. We are needing a new dryer, and I haven't even considered going anywhere else even though I live in Indianapolis.

Well mr.Sullivan only has negative reviews I don't know of any repair service 30 yds or 1000 that don't charge a fee and if you could get the part on the internet for 30.00 why didn't you get it and do the repair yourself? I have used terrys appliances a lot repairs and have bought I think you need to look around everyone else is much higher and doesn't have the warranty terrys appliances have I suggest you do the work yourself if you want something for free. I give Terrys Appliances a five star..

I asked Terry to come look at a refrigerator since his shop is about thirty yards from my house. I watched from my house as he got in his truck and drove around the block to my house. He then charged me a $65 trip charge - whatever. It took him all of ten minutes to do the repair and despite the $65 trip charge he still charged me $20 for labor - ok, whatever. The worst part of it is the replacement part he charged me $84 for which I looked up online after he left and found for $30. Terry will never get my business again.
