Terry was well aware of mold, flooding & faulty AC in her summer rental. Guests quickly became sick. She also falsely advertised her listing as a 5 bedroom home with a basement den but in fact there were only 4 bedrooms & the basement mold and musty smell made use of the highlighted den impossible. She feigned ignorance, claimed the misrepresentations were not her fault blaming the listing agency & suggested we were “splitting hairs”, though past complaints have been discovered on the very same problems & misrepresentations.... read more
