RecommendedI was on my way to deliver ice cream to the Mt Vernon area today I had a big problem. As I entered into Herrin, I had a tire going down fast . Luckily, Neals was open. I explained my situation and they got me in quickly. I was back on the road in no time and all worked out well. I want to thank all the fine people at Neals for helping me out on a Saturday or I would have been in a real mess . Thanks again!
Chose to get an alignment on my truck here last month following getting new tires installed elsewhere. When I arrived to my appointment which I had made a week prior, my truck wasn’t pulled back for an additional 45 minutes. Once it was, the alignment process seemed to go quickly. I had informed them that the truck had a slight pull to the right which was the biggest reason I needed an alignment, and it seemed they spent time working to fix that as I watched through the glass. They did an excellent job on new tires and the price was good. That was two months ago. Yesterday, I called at 4:25pm with a screw in my tire. I was losing air fast. I was 1 mile from them. They said they closed at 5:00pm and couldn’t do it. It’s a 10 minute job, but was told they don’t accept anyone after 4:30. Tire Barn was happy to accommodate me.

RecommendedRusty is always willing to help and is always going the extra mile to make sure im happy and my car is good! I drive about 30 minutes just to come here for oil changes and if i have any issues with the car. The rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful. They always recommend ways to fix the issue without spending alot of money. I would recommend this place to anyone that has any car issues!
