RecommendedNice people. It seems they’re actually more concerned about helping customers than making money off of them which unfortunately doesn’t seem to be the case everywhere. 10/10 would go back!
Called ahead and had my fiancé come here when she got a flat. Caleb was awesome on the phone, professional and courteous. My fiancé was in and out in under a half hour with a top notch tire patch. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Top Notch! I had just bought a set of new tires from these guys a couple weeks ago. Had some obstacles we had to overcome but they were such a big help. Knowledge and great customer service! They also helped me find the right tires that were cost efficient, good quality and that looked good on my truck! and the price is extremely reasonable!definitely recommend!
The last time I got a check-up, I was quoted $3500 in repairs. I have spent over $5000 between three cars at Neal Tire and Auto- so I was incredibly shocked when later my family mechanic looked over my car for all Neal Tire’s proposed repairs and not a single issue they described was wrong with my car. Neal tire charged $2500 for a bare rear ended housing for a van when you can buy them online shipped to your door for $1600 they are highway robbery
I have been waiting for an hour for a ride to be picked up and every time I call they tell me they’re coming this is not good customer service. On top of that I waited for three months to get the part in and when I called to find out about the part for the third time they surprisingly found it on the third phone call. I will not be back and I will not be recommending them.
Neal Tire and Auto Service is awesome. Honest & friendly as always. Ask for Nick Bauer...he is knowledgeable and takes his time with you.
Jason at Neal Tire and Auto was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out when I got a flat tire. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need anyone call them up!
