Just want to give props to Chase and their alignment man! They definitely took care of me today. 2 shops around here could not align wheels and steering wheel, and they got it all in the green! I dropped off overnight w/o speaking to anyone and Chase effectively communicated with me through the whole process, and really helped me in the end! Thanks again guys!

On November 16th 2024, I bought a 2020 Forrester because my 2009 died. Deanna sold me the car but I wasn't able to take it home because the said it had the wrong battery and it would a take a week to sort out? Then, the day it was ready it wasn't clean, crumbs were in it in different places even though Deanna said it would be cleaned. My son purchased a used 2011 Volkswagen Jetta a year ago from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. The car has been to Terry's Volkswagen numerous times throughout the year because of it's condition when purchased. The folks in the service department have been patient and kind. They have done an amazing job getting things running smoothly again. Some names that deserve recognition are Jason, Amber, Adam, Steve, Butch, and Delvin. Thank you so much.
