C.J was an excellent salesman. No pressure understood everything I asked and stated. I have dealt with this dealership many times before and overall this was by far the best experience. First time Subaru buyer tho and it was a good experience highly recommend c.j as a sales rep. Definitely will go back for future Subaru purchases.
Awesome buying experience with Deanna and Landon this afternoon! Very friendly and easy to work with, they even “upsold” us into a car my wife will enjoy a lot more than what we originally were looking at, but not pushy at all. Great dealership with great people!
Everyone was great. Luke found me exactly what I wanted and worked with me to make the experience as simple as possible. I love my Crosstrek. It has everything I wanted. I also never felt like I was being "sold".
We used to live near many Subaru dealers and could get service scheduled to fit our lives not the other way around. I'm sure some of their customers are very happy with them but I'd go to another dealer if there was one in the area. We definitely will not be buying another new Subaru as long as were in this area. And I'll buy my parts online and do every repair I can. One of the keys isn't working with the car so I called to have it reprogrammed or whatever.
