Called to make an appointment and Theresa was extremely rude! If she hates her job that much, she can get a job not working in customer service
The folks here do not ask appropriate/clarifying questions, they jump straight to assumptions. First encounter was speaking with the receptionist; which, told me everything I needed to know about the care I would receive here. No thanks!
If I could give 6 stars, I would! Angie at Terry Reilly truly went above and beyond for my family. From the moment we I her, she was kind, professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. She crossed every “T” and dotted every “i,” making sure nothing was overlooked. I saw Dr Kristen R at the Meridian Florence location. She started crying during my appointment. Then she tried to explain it away by saying it was because she was sitting down instead of standing up...? It clouded the whole appointment and came across highly unprofessional and inapropriate. I won't be going tack to her.
