I saw Dr Kristen R at the Meridian Florence location. She started crying during my appointment. Then she tried to explain it away by saying it was because she was sitting down instead of standing up...? It clouded the whole appointment and came across highly unprofessional and inapropriate. I won't be going tack to her.

I’m extremely grateful to Kristen Rosen and her team. I’ve had a few issues that required some extra guidance and that support has been very much appreciated. My experiences with the front desk staff have generally been pleasant to neutral. On 12/24/25, I interacted with the gentleman who was still at the front desk past closing and he was incredibly helpful. It was an overall easy-going experience.

Absolutely useless.. The receptionist was snobby and rude.. The provider (Kirsten Rosin) saw me for 5 minutes total because “everyone decided to schedule for the same day so I have other patients to get to”. She completely dismissed my weight issues, including skin rashes it was causing me. She never even looked at my concerns. I then went to Primary Health where I was seen & treated for bacterial infections, that Kirsten completely ignored. An absolute waste of my time and $250. Would not recommend this location to my worst... read more
