I was recommended here by a family member and they mentioned doctors are super nice and professional but the receptionist are not , I now understand exactly what they mean , I was 7 min late to my appointment due to traffic and they refused to take me into a consultation because it’s a 10 min grace period and paperwork took 30 min to fill out , I was handed the form and filled it out within 5 minutes , why do patients get punished for then taking the rest of the time to fill out ? This will be removed once my issue us resolved. But we have been seeing you for two months and my kids teeth are still in the same shape.
Love my doctor but nursing and receptions have me thinking about finding a different doctor. Second time I have been forgotten about after checking in with the receptionist. Usually in the office for at least 45 minutes until I’m called back. Nursing staff (including medical assistants) should know that it is ok to have a patient lay down for a blood drawn if they are prone to passing out. Don’t put them in a plastic chair where they could fall forward.
I get my dental services at this specific location, and I’m absolutely satisfied. I love my hygienist, Aline B. I love my kids’ dentist, Melinda Jensen. The front desk gals are the best especially the supervisor, Toni W. Thank you <3
