I’m extremely grateful to Kristen Rosen and her team. I’ve had a few issues that required some extra guidance and that support has been very much appreciated. My experiences with the front desk staff have generally been pleasant to neutral. On 12/24/25, I interacted with the gentleman who was still at the front desk past closing and he was incredibly helpful. It was an overall easy-going experience.
Absolutely useless.. The receptionist was snobby and rude.. The provider (Kirsten Rosin) saw me for 5 minutes total because “everyone decided to schedule for the same day so I have other patients to get to”. She completely dismissed my weight issues, including skin rashes it was causing me. She never even looked at my concerns. I then went to Primary Health where I was seen & treated for bacterial infections, that Kirsten completely ignored. An absolute waste of my time and $250. The front desk is super combative. I had to cancel my appointment after months of waiting. They would not let me pass without paying something upfront, Even though sliding scale was pending, so there was no way to know what upfront charges were. Very weird way to handle this situation honestly just upset about the whole situation and having to cancel my appointment same day. I refuse to pay a no-show fee for the front desk negligence. Honestly, feel like more Training is needed.
