The folks here do not ask appropriate/clarifying questions, they jump straight to assumptions. First encounter was speaking with the receptionist; which, told me everything I needed to know about the care I would receive here. No thanks!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Angie at Terry Reilly truly went above and beyond for my family. From the moment we I her, she was kind, professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. She crossed every “T” and dotted every “i,” making sure nothing was overlooked. She helped my family schedule our dental appointments with the dentist she affectionately referred to as “Prince Charming,” which immediately put us at ease and made the experience feel welcoming. I saw Dr Kristen R at the Meridian Florence location. She started crying during my appointment. Then she tried to explain it away by saying it was because she was sitting down instead of standing up...? It clouded the whole appointment and came across highly unprofessional and inapropriate. I won't be going tack to her.

I’m extremely grateful to Kristen Rosen and her team. I’ve had a few issues that required some extra guidance and that support has been very much appreciated. My experiences with the front desk staff have generally been pleasant to neutral. On 12/24/25, I interacted with the gentleman who was still at the front desk past closing and he was incredibly helpful. It was an overall easy-going experience.
