The front desk is super combative. I had to cancel my appointment after months of waiting. They would not let me pass without paying something upfront, Even though sliding scale was pending, so there was no way to know what upfront charges were. Very weird way to handle this situation honestly just upset about the whole situation and having to cancel my appointment same day. I refuse to pay a no-show fee for the front desk negligence. Honestly, feel like more Training is needed.
I had an appointment scheduled in advance for today, Friday 10/10. I get a call this morning that I no longer will be scheduled due to previous no shows. I was told when i made the appointment as long as I didn't miss I would be fine. Then you guys wait to call until my appointment day of to tell me its canceled due to no shows. I was recommended here by a family member and they mentioned doctors are super nice and professional but the receptionist are not , I now understand exactly what they mean , I was 7 min late to my appointment due to traffic and they refused to take me into a consultation because it’s a 10 min grace period and paperwork took 30 min to fill out , I was handed the form and filled it out within 5 minutes , why do patients get punished for then taking the rest of the time to fill out ?
