Last week I desperately needed to see Dr. Rieck with an emergency dental problem. One of my front crowns ( from dental work performed by another dentist over 20 years ago) had started to suddenly loosen. When I called, Dr. Rieck was able to schedule me that very afternoon! I was very nervous and emotional when I came to his office. He patiently and calmly explained what he needed to do to assess and remedy the problem. Been with Dr. Rieck since 2001. Never disappointed. High quality and professional.
Dr.Rieck is the most painless dentist I have ever been to. He's current on New procedures and very kind and gentle. The way he gives Novocaine injections is just amazing because they DO NOT hurt. His office staff is just great too!
it was horrible. oh sure..the office is clean, the staff is nice, but his manner and interest in my was rotten. i have no confidence in him nor his ability to diagnose and treat problems himself. i didn't just go for an opinion..i needed treatment and he just sidestepped things and pushed me off.
