Terry was not our realtor, but he represented the sellers in a house we bought and was HORRIBLE to deal with. Never followed up, wouldn't respond to calls and messages from our agent, tried to lie about the title company we needed to use because he didn't want his client to incur the cost their title company would impose by us using a different company.
Just overall not impressed. Texted to let us know he will be late to the closing on our house, showed up over half way through and said "oh you're still here? I was hoping you guys would be done." Stayed long enough to collect his check and leave. No congratulations or anything.
