Never had time to explain my options for reconstruction after a mastectomy...I felt he was in too big of a hurry and didnt even care what I was going through Terrible bedside manner.
He and his office staff lead me to believe my surgery was waiting to be scheduled but in reality they never applied for consent from my insurance company for the surgery. This will cost me extra deductible plus set my breast reconstruction back a few months
Won't answer questions...doesnt take enough time. Not thorough either in his exams. In too much of a hurry.

After my double mastectomy, Dr McCurry used expanders that he knew had a history of failing. Mine did. It was the fact that he knew this might happen that was so disturbing. I was a cancer patient needing his help. I trusted him. Please verify those expanders are no longer being used.

Dr McCurry has done an excellent job on a skin graft as a result of a tumor removal.
Dr. McCurry did my breast reconstructions after a double mastectomy by a general surgeon. I waited a couple of years before reconstruction. I am extremely happy with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. McCurry as I found him compassionate and a perfectionist in guiding me through the whole reconstruction process.
McCurry took before surgery photos of my breasts. He did not take after surgery photos. Doctors take photos as proof of their excellent work. He did not take after surgery photos because the breasts looked so bad. McCurry had his mind made up on how he was going to perform the procedure and did not inform us of expensive hospital extras used that we had to pay out of pocket that insurance did not cover. Research and get a better plastic surgeon. You have been warned and notified.
