Awful Service, very expensive Mean staff, poor selection of good jewelry, overpriced. Waste of money, very poor quality of everything is sold here. All crystals fell off the bead:(
Hate to have to give even 1 star!!!!!! My daughter (age 27) purchased a necklace, that underwent some type of change with the metal. She only had the necklace a couple of weeks and wore a few times. She stored the necklace in the box. Meg took the necklace back to se if Terry Ivory would be willing to help her out although they 'DO NOT REFUND OR CREDIT" items that are returned. She was told that yes there did appear to be a problem, and they would send the necklace to the manufacturer for repair" Meg got a voicemail message ... read more
Horrible Service Do not purchase from this store. My husband spent $300 on Chamillia charms for my Christmas gift. I already had one of them and another was the wrong color. When I contacted them two days after Christmas, to exchange for different charms, I was told there is a strict policy of no returns. I asked if I could speak to the manager and the young lady said she was the manager but could not do anything unless the main office told her she could. I could leave my number and someone would call me but she was not sure... read more
TERRY IVORY WORST MANAGERS AND OWNER July 4th weekend, my wife purchased a bracelet from the Terry Ivory Stone Harbor store. Within 2 hours a stone fell out of the bracelet, was taken back to the store and we waited at least two weeks to get the bracelet back. In the second week of October, a stone fell out again and was lost, taken back again to the stone harbor store. The manager Jeff was supposed to call within the next two weeks, my wife called Jeff 3 times with no return phone calls. Jeff absolutely is the worst for fol... read more
VERY BAD I first found out about this store about a year ago when I was in OC, NJ with my family. Honestly, I was very surprised when I saw the prices. Everything is just way too expensive for a store on a boardwalk. I could understand if quality of jewelry would be great, but everything is half broken there. However, I bought earrings for my daughter and her friend. A couple of days later my daughter said that her ears hurt and I saw that they were infected.
