The worst inspection we’ve ever had! Fire door between kitchen and garage was busted as well as the master bedroom door frame. Master shower had apparently leaked before and had been patched before in a few places. The day we moved in the gas company red flagged the hot water tank and we had to replace same day $1000. Sprinkler box was missing with open live wires, my husband has since capped off and the electrical sockets were loose and wouldn’t hold prongs. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER. They were super informative and walked me through the entire inspection with them and helped me understand what was important. Very professional and helpful and got the report to us same day.
I was very impressed with the inspection service that Greg Terry provided. My husband and I are buying a home and it is overall a complicated process. Greg walked us around the whole home and pointed out what was sound about the house and also where the problems were, how bad they were, and what to do about them.I feel that we’ll know how to fix what needs fixing. I had a mixed experience with Terry Inspection. The sellers used their services and I wanted to use them for a re-visit (inspect things that have been fixed/not fixed, add a few things that were found). I believe the inspector who come was the son of the business owner. He walked me through the report and gave some details on the issues. He overall did a good job of explaining why some of the things were marked as an issue. The fix suggested were sometimes a bit wonky. Greg and his son did an amazing job on the home inspection of a property we were buying. They walked me through everything they were seeing and helped me learn about important aspects of the property. They were also able to provide helpful info in general about some of the items we were looking to fix or update. I was extremely impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them.
