Terry was unreliable and made many mistakes on my returns. My new CPA fixed those mistakes, saving me thousands, but I still had to pay $700+ in late fees, due to Terry's lack of timeliness. I had been chasing down Terry for months to finish my returns. Any time I was able to get a hold of him, he said the returns were nearly completed, "just another day or so." My new CPA finished the job in 10 days, starting from square one.
You just won't find anyone who is more competent than Terry. He took care of my Mom's complicated taxes as well as my own. He is great!
