Horrible Service Our landlord uses this company, so we are forced to accept their repeated rescheduling and false promises of appointments. We have a problem in our shower, where the water runs too forcibly, causing the water heater to run out of hot water before anyone can get close to finishing their shower needs. At times, both the shower and the toilet continue to run, even though shower heads and toilet cycle have been properly turned off. Worst Plumber Ever Like the other reviewer, someone recommended this plumber to us. Also like the other reviewer, we were rescheduled 3 times. I took 2 days off work, and there was zero sympathy from them. They initially said they would give us a discount because of all the reschedules, then later said they wouldn't. Three weeks of reschedules, varying opinions by their plumbers, and a super high price, until finally we had enough. We got another estimate from a licensed plumber for $500 less. Excellent Service... Mr. Garrity and his crew are friendly,actually return phone calls,timely,and really know what they're doing. Service mechanic Jeff was professional,focused,and explained what he was doing so that I understood the process. The fact that Mr. Garrity and his crew were friendly and easy to communicate with was also a bonus. Most of all ...the problems with the plumbing are fixed. Very grateful for that. Exceeded expectations Can't believe you can still find this great service. I worked for years in the customer care/QMS area as VP in the printing industry. Part of my job was iworking toward satisfying our customers. I called TG Plumbing on the recommendation of our condo management service.
