Everything was excellent all of the times I have gotten my teeth cleaned by Dr. Box.
My overall visit with Dr. Terry G. Box DDS was great. I have no complaints about any members of the staff. In fact, they were wonderful.
The whole staff at Dr. Terry Box is wonderful. I would recommend their office to any of my family and friends.
This is a super dentist. His work on my teeth over nore than twenty years has keep my teeth in great shape. He always expained the situation and condition of my teeth carefully to me and pointed out the choices I had to correct any problems. He is patient and knows how to minimize any pain. His skills in repair of teeth and especially with crowns or implants is not only effective but beautiful. If you want a straight shooter who is also talented, this is your man.
Dr. Box is a nice man, very knowledgeable. His staff is Ok, but one hygienist in particular runs off at the mouth. They do not call to remind you of upcoming appointments. If you miss an appointment because there was no reminder card or reminder phone call they just plain old cancel you and tell you not to come back. It is the clients responsibility to remember as well, but I thought any conscientious reputable business should also be responsible for calling and reminding the person.
