Would not recommend, did a poor job with my transaction and I was left with a mess of a house at the end of the day. He also worked with a friend of mine and sold them his own flipped property with tons of undisclosed issues. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a quality realtor, this is not it.

Guy was a nightmare to work with. We basically had to deal with the entire process by ourselves, and working with the seller's realtor. He never followed up, and even called my spouse to accuse us of undermining him after we set up the payment with the bank ourselves, despite the fact that he didn't tell us he was going to work on it. Guy didn't even show up when we were signing contracts. Really avoid this guy, he's the worst. Not sure about the other review. We had a awesome experience with Terry. He knew what we wanted and found every house for sale that fit our needs. We are now new homeowners because he worked so hard for us.
