Service was great and staff is very friendly.
I waited over an hour and a half for an oil change. When I went up to the desk to ask about expected time of completion, I was interrupted and told it would be a couple more minutes. 15 minutes later I returned to the front desk due to future obligations, I demanded an estimated time of completion. At that point I was checked out and it appeared as though my paperwork and keys had been sitting there for who knows how long. I would personally like to say he was really great and very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The people at Terry Cullen are great 👍
