They are kind, open with what they are doing, and the atmosphere is friendly. I am glad that I followed Dr. Beckman and staff from the previous office in downtown KCMO. Their excellence in care and customer service is worth the drive!

My visit was about as pleasant as possible considering the subject of crown work & the expense that accompanies it. I needed to leave as promptly as possible & Veronica contacted me alerting me of a cancellation one appt prior to mine that allowed me to go early & end early. I was most appreciative. From Dr. Beckman to Laurie all involved were great.
