He communicates so well between all parties. He is professional, assertive, respectful, and so personable. He is honest and realistic. I need to clarify the above review by Kevin Louder. When this review was brought to my attention I was saddened and shocked as I had no idea who he was. Upon further research I discovered that he was the seller in a transaction in which I represented The Buyers. I have never spoken with or met him nor at any time have I or anyone on my team represented Mr Louder. In summary, he is not nor has ever been a client of mine. If anyone is selling a home and this agent wants to bring a client, do yourself a favor a tell him no. We have sold three homes in the past 8 years and this has been, by far, our worst experience. Terry is unprofessional, is a know-it-all (even when he is completely out of touch with the issue at hand) and lacks integrity to put it lightly. Please stay away from this guy!
One word I would use to describe my experience with Team Bickmore is phenomenal. I purchased my first home with their help & guidance, and I would never go to anyone else.
