The only provider I recommend here is Troy and that’s because he’s compassionate and knows what he is talking about . The tele providers on the other hand need some training on how to talk to patients with mental health issues. Correct your tone when you’re working with patients, I found one lady’s in particular rude and awfully awkward. I have to suggest finding some place else for treatment due to the inconsistency with the scheduling team.

Never again. I don't know how terros stays in business. It's mind blowing! Communication stinks and the lack of professionalism from few individuals there is disgusting. They are rated 2.2 stars for a reason!
Lady at front turned my check in into a double check in and my time got set to later, and I paid the co pay early to get it out of the way. Ended up cancelling and they kept the co pay. What the hell just happened???? Is this service more for nothing???
