They suck so hard
Unprofessional. They Don’t care about the patient privacy . Rude. And absolutely the worse place for any mental health services.
I personally want to give out a big thank you to a staff member Jason while giving that young man the biggest S/O terros has ever had. What Jason does for that terros clinic on olive is amazing. Jason brings compassion, Hope, and strength to health care. I’ve been a Patient for so many clinics and it’s hard to have a caring and understanding individual who is really trying to make a difference in people’s life. Idk how this place is in business, I have gotten no help for my mental health. I came in for a diagnostic to figure what’s going on with me and they seem to not care in the slightest. I called to vent my frustrations to where they say “what do you want me to do?” GET ME HELP! I never got a diagnosis only put on pills after telling them my concerns for them to put me on pills and never help me figure out what’s wrong with me I can hardly work because of it.
