I called in a month ago to get grief counseling and they scheduled me for an appointment that was a month away but today when I confirmed that I was coming in over the phone with them they told me that my appointment was double booked and they canceled my appointment and then told me I would have to wait until March 6 which is another month. I think somebody needs to go through and do an overhaul of the incompetent staff
I want to say thank you to Jocelyn and Robin for being understanding and caring and patient and just real to converse with at first I was about to be done with Terros until I realized there are still good people who actually cares about me and other people who have similar experiences as me so I'm not going to allow a few bad Apple's to spoil what I'm trying to accomplish for myself so I will be returning and thank you to all the caring and supportive people at Terros ❤️🫶🏽
This lady at the front desk with glasses is rude and this dude I was just on the phone with is disrespectful they talk to people like we are kids instead of adults I don't want any service with them
