Terros can't improve. This is the worst organization for help. I've been deprived of a case manager, a psychiatrist, and my medication for almost a year. I was put on a list because I missed two appointments which wasn't my fault, because the taxis that were suppose to pick me up never did, they think my address is a business which it's not. I live in an apartment complex. What a terrible unethical and unprofessional organization that doesn't even care if I lived or died. 😪😰😨🤬🤬🤬
