Horrible place they can’t keep doctors they cancel your appointments and then let you go without medication refills no one is ever available customer service is a complete joke they don’t care as long as they continue to get paid staff has no knowledge of people with psych issues or how to deal with them hate this place

I did two assessments with two different people. After the initial assessment I was told I would be given another one to see if I "qualified" for a certain type of therapy. So I did both of those assessments. First one was on a Monday, second one was on Tuesday. I was told on Tuesday I would hear on Friday if I was eligible for the specific type of therapy that the first person who did the original assessment suggested that I do. I attend the ATDT (formally Ladders) program 5 days a week. Breakfast and lunch are provided. The staff is exceptional. Everyone truly cares and is interested in helping you as an individual. I highly recommend Terro's for anyone facing any kind of mental health or substance abuse issues. They can and will definitely help you. God bless and my prayers are with you.
