I bring my son here twice a week, the last two appointments I have had to bring my other son with us as well due to school being out and I have no child care, the first time she asked if I could leave my son in the waiting room because they didn’t have room then when we walk into the appointment this morning I was told the same thing! I do not like how they just tell my son what to do then walk away, he isn’t one of the adult patients that can just be walked away from. Christina and Mayra at the front desk where always very sweet, and helpful anytime I had schedule updates they where able to accommodate. All the physical therapists where very knowledgeable and professional all 28 of my sessions where progressive and beneficial. I would highly recommend the Panama location to anyone and everyone in need of professional physical therapy.
Worst experience. The ppl in the front desk are very rude and have attitudes. Spoke with Christina and Melissa the supervisor and the supervisor was not helpful at all in trying to get my wife reinstated. Was very rude and gave me attitude. Had the Dr's office on the phone that wanted to speak to them and supervisor wouldn't take the call, she stated "oh they have to call our office". Very unprofessional. Steer clear from this place.
They don't listen to my preferences. I asked for a Female Therapist before my first appointment. I got a Male. So before I went in for my consult they said it would be right at my next visit. I got a text confirmation a few minutes ago and they have me scheduled with the same man. Now maybe it's just me but I'm thinking if they can't get the smallest little detail Correct, how are they gonna handle my treatment? Who knows? Maybe since they are the biggest in town, they have overgrown themselves...!
