It's the worst therapy center—they don't even give you 20 minutes a week, when it's supposed to be half an hour. They cancel sessions as late as 10 minutes before the appointment time. My advice is to look for other options!
Very disappointed with my experience at Terrio Physical Therapy today. I arrived on time for my 1:00 PM appointment and was told to wait, only to find out after almost an hour that they supposedly had no appointment for me. What upset me most was the lack of communication, apology, and professionalism from the front desk staff. As an ER RN, I understand how valuable patients’ time is.
