I wish someone had warned me what would happen from going here and I don't know if Terrio is as suited to physical therapy as it is to intense fitness training. If you want a gym that pushes you past your limits, then this might be the place for you. I went for severe pain and my intake appointment the woman was so kind and wonderful told me that I would ease into physical therapy due to my multiple health problems and intense pain. It was really nice, the girl who was introducing me to physical therapy and examining me listened to what I was talking about and she also explained all the muscles involved, what could be the issue and also when I brought up what I thought the issue could be she complemented me for paying attention to what was going on and also added on with ideas and evidence. She was the kindest person in a medical place I've ever met and I think the main reason I'm so okay with going to physical therapy now is so I can see her every time... read more
My experience with Terrio physical therapy was satisfying. I’m looking forward to my six weeks of therapy. Liza, the Therapist has “healing hands”. The staff are professional and welcoming. I feel very disappointed ☹️, the times that I was there they literally made me do the same exercises All the time lol what I noticed the most is that every time I had to do my exercises the person walked away without making sure I was doing it correctly, sometimes other person not my instructor will tell me that I was doing it incorrect, I feel the workers there are more busy talking and laughing with each others than doing their job, my insurance pays $1000 , for me.
