I was previously being seen at a different location where I know I was being serviced and cared for, but I felt as if I wasn’t being connected with. Liza made me feel seen as a young woman and new mom. She took the time to educate me about my new body and how I can cherish it better. Definitely recommend her!
There’s way too much playing and talking, I had to correct my daughters form multiple times, they give her a workout and then walk away without even making sure she was doing it correctly. One girl was playing with a balloon saying she seen it on a TikTok and the other two were on their phones, since there was only two people in there you would think they would be more attentive to the patients they still have, I will be transferring her to a different location, this place is a waste of time.

I would give them 5 stars if they had online check in. PT help excellent. They make you stand for 5 minutes (hard for me to do) or more when you go to check in because staff always too busy to take your name. So showing up on time you’re still late.
