Unfortunately, I hate waiting, when you check in, it takes them more than 30 minutes to be seen!! my son was constantly confused were to go or what to do in there. My son call me n I go in there to check whats going on and All of the employees were on their phones!! Unprofessional, I’ll not coming here again. I’ll report this to HR or corporate!!!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past 4 days, no answer, no voicemail. What the heck Terrio?
They're inattentive and ignore you while you wait for them to give you more instruction. In an hour session, you'll do 4-5 exercises. It took them 4 weeks to come up with an exercise that actually made a difference, going twice a week. Save your time and go elsewhere.
