These guys minus one. ESPECIALLY THE BLACK MANAGER, rude, unprofessional and def no customer service, never go here again, word spreads
It not called Terribles for no reason, because it's literally terrible. Skip the frustration and go to another carwash. Spent close to $30 on a carwash and the car is still dirty. The kids who clean the cars stand around and gossip instead of doing their jobs; but they most definitely want their tips. Lousy service, rude front desk workers and lousy carwash. I gave the kids a $5 tip, and after they had the tip, instead of doing a few extra very minor touch ups they took off and ignored me. I'm disgusted with this establishme... read more
This is a great car wash, ive gotten the full inside/out cleaning and the simple 10$ outside wash and the attention to detail and thoroughness was just the same. Also, honoring the "5 day rain guarantee" was incredibly easy
Mrs Shelby was so kind she gave an amazing discount at time when the temperature was 119 outside and the whole time she had smile on her face Thank you Mrs Shelby
