I pop into this Terrible's Car Wash periodically, but mainly support the one closest to my home on Buffalo and Cheyenne. Today I was rather disappointed in the service, although the young lady working in the office was very pleasant. The staff member who was doing the prewashing of the car before going through the auto wash was less than efficient and barely got to my front and back windows. Oh they're all the time I have no complaints at all! The staff is friendly and helpful and my car gets cleaned well.
Manager at Lake Mead and Rampart yelled at me in front of a dozen plus customers stating I was parked in the wrong space. I felt threatened by his aggression.
