I went in for a very basic cleaning and received some x-rays. I later received a bill from the office because my insurance does not cover the types of x-rays this office does and my insurance states the dentist office never called to ask what was covered. When I spoke to the dental office I am told they can't call all insurances because then they would be on hold forever.
