The real estate market has been a roller coaster ride 2025-2026. We purchased a house in Indian Ridge facilitated by the Munselle Group and then put up our house in Indian Ridge for sale. Unfortunately the sale went into effect summer of 2025 when things get soft. When the market picked up in early 2026, Jennifer helped us make some moves which resulted in the sale of the house. We're delighted with both our purchase and our sale.
We were very satisfied with the work Jennifer Drummond at The Munselle Group did while selling our father’s house. She had multiple open houses to get the word out as well as many showings to other agents. She was very professional and we would use her again if we were ever selling in the desert area.
