My husband had an appt. with Dr Dyer this morning, supposed to be there at 7:45. We went by her office yesterday because we saw they were doing construction. A note on the door gave days she would be there and days she would not. It said she would be there today. So living 30 miles from her office, we got up and were there on time, only to be told in not a nice manner that she was not going to be in the office today. That is very unprofessional. She has now lost two patients.. That was rude also.
The best! Dr. Dyer is the 1st person in years to actually hear me, & not just correct my eyes telling me, "You'll get used to them." Thank you, thank you, thank you! Linda Haley Prentice
