My husband had an appt. with Dr Dyer this morning, supposed to be there at 7:45. We went by her office yesterday because we saw they were doing construction. A note on the door gave days she would be there and days she would not. It said she would be there today. So living 30 miles from her office, we got up and were there on time, only to be told in not a nice manner that she was not going to be in the office today. That is very unprofessional. She has now lost two patients.. That was rude also.
The best! Dr. Dyer is the 1st person in years to actually hear me, & not just correct my eyes telling me, "You'll get used to them." Thank you, thank you, thank you! Linda Haley Prentice
Dolce the Medical Technician (hopefully thats her title) was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, Knew her job thoroughly and was very kind and patient. Dr. Dyer provided excellent service. She explained everything in where I was able to understand. She was thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with our service of care. Thank you
