My husband and I have dealt with this Optometrist Team for years and always thought that they had the best interest of their clients at heart. Apparently, that is not the case. My husband who lives in a long term care home and is in a wheelchair requires a wheelchair taxi to transport him. Because the wheelchair taxi was delayed this morning, he was going to be about 10-15 minutes late for his appointment. I had an amazing experience with this clinic! The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and they took the time to fully explain what was going on with my eye, which truly put me at ease. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an optometrist they can trust.
I’ve been a long time client, and have always been well taken care of. I generally do yearly eye exams and purchase contacts from them. Just recently purchased a pair of glasses from them, and the service was top notch! They are always helpful and welcoming!
