Used this office with a previous doctor, and then they ended and I didn't know Terri Holland optometrist took over till a couple years ago. I went to one closer to my house, and wasn't fond of them so started looking and found Terri Holland optical. My kids and I all have had exams there. My son first to get glasses and broke them 1.5 yrs later and used the 2 yr warranty to get him new ones, no questions asked. I can’t say enough good things about this office. My son broke his glasses over the weekend and they were able to get him a new pair on Monday!- same frames, just swapped out the lenses on site for us. He was set in a matter of minutes! No charge and no fuss. Honestly, We are so impressed with the level of customer service. Thanks for being awesome
