My husband has insured his auto/home with this company for 20 years. We filed our FIRST claim this year. Took a week to inspect a water damage claim, and we were denied ANY coverage on a technicality. Our inspector made it clear that he had spoken to our agent, Tom Berger, before the inspection and we wouldn't be covered. Inspection appeared to simply be a formality.
