I went in to have a nose piece put on my glasses yesterday & they broke them ,a very nice pair I paid over $200 for & was very rude to me about it & the office manager told me there was nothing they were going to do for me . I will never do business w/this office again,I have been w/them for yrs too. I just don't see how they could ruin someone's nice frames,give them back broken & not be held accountable whatsoever .
Never been here, but they hired my daughter, and let her go two weeks later...along with a bunch of other people. The lady that hired her should have known if they really needed her...just to let her go two weeks later. She quit her other job with no notice, which she knows is a no no, BUT, thought that this would be an advancement for her. She went out and spent about $200 on clothes for this job...so, she lost money and her job
