This year in 2021 I had an excellent experience. I'm starting off with the poor experience that I had last year at the downtown location. Last year in 2020 I went to their other office in downtown Pensacola. I was not happy at the service there or with Dr. Terezza. When I saw Dr. Terreza he was extremely rude and felt like I was being rushed. I think Dr Tettezza is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to and I’ve been wearing glasses got 30 years.
I have been going to Terrezza since I was 11 which is 20 years now and my children have gone to Terrezza as well . They are the best eye doctor !
Dr. Terrezza was not available so I saw his partner. He did a great job! He was fast yet efficient and I felt that I received quality care. Thank you!
Even though my last visit wasn’t great as usual due to short staffing, Dr. Terrezza is one of the most caring and dedicated doctors/humans I’ve been blessed to have as a part of my healthcare team! He’s AWESOME!
