I was admitted from the ER for a severe infection and stone. The morning after I was admitted God sent an angel to my room named Dr. Regan, who when he first walked in had this look on his face that made me think oh great, I got a not so nice urologist, but after he started explaining what was going on and how sick I was, I quickly realized that look was actually concern. Just finished talking over the phone with Crystal and Tammy. Very condescending, got hung up on, couldn't answer simple questions, both have bad attitudes. I'm not sure how any patients deal with them. They are making you look bad, Dr. Reagan. Your staff is the entryway to your business. And they just failed, miserably.
Dr. Regan has treated my multiply-handicapped son for years. I cannot more-highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, caring, and technically gifted. His nurse, Barb, is a gem. When the family practice doctor cannot help us, this office always does.
Well it’s not about my visit but I’ve worked with enough doctors to know what it takes to be a good doctor. Worked for him for a couple of years. He’s competent, caring and will go extra miles to see his patients’s speedy and safe recovery. Great bedside manners. Takes his patient’s health very seriously. He’s my inspiration of what a caring health provider should be. I have a great deal of respect for him as a doctor and a civilian.
I've attempted to get an appointment with Dr. Regan, and still meeting with resistance from his office staff. Today I was given the option of "visiting our clinic, and being seen by "Dr. Dan." Did I ask to be seen by someone called "Dr. Dan"? The same representative added that I'd have to wait for one of them to write Dr. Regan a note asking whether he'd even agree to see me, and this could take up to one and a half months! I was given a version of the "don't call us; we'll call you!" DON'T!
My Dad has been seeing Dr. Regan for about 7 years. Dad has been treated for kidney stones and bladder cancer. We would recommend Dr. Regan to anyone needing a Urology doctor.
Cared for my snow bird dad, staff was excellent, even had the extra long catheter for his unique needs. Excellent surgical outcome.
I've been a patient of Dr. Regans' for 15 years. I have recommended him to many people.
