Fell and went in to have foot checked. They took me right back. The nurse practioner never even introduced herself. I had to wait while they tried to figure out what was wrong with their x-ray machine. They never did figure out. Gave me an referral to an imaging center in Rockwall. Never even gave me instructions like elevate and put ice on foot. Maybe they just want to go home. Never got results after I went to get x-rays. Called 4 times and just got The run around. I went there on Saturday 12/2 and seen fast and not waited very long. Everyone was nice and cordial and I really liked the woman PA. Sinusitis and Bronchitis. Shot of steroids, shot of antibiotics, breathing treatment and 3 prescriptions for home! Will go there again.....
Fast service! Friendly staff! Great doctor! Very good experience. Had a sinus infection and verge of bronchitis. Feeling better already !
Went there for the first time last spring. Was seen by a female PA who was excellent and very thorough. I had an URI and she treated iI with an injection of steroid an injection of an antibiotics and the a round of oral antibiotics. Very pleased. My second visit was a week ago. Very different experience. A male PA spent maybe 3 minutes with me, prescribed an oral antibiotic only. Have gotten progressively worse. Going to an urgent care in Rockwall today.
This place is a joke, I can see why y'all don't have much service, you can't understand the Doctor, in the staff are ridiculous Especially the lady at the Front desk Danielle. Y'all need a new doctor and staff that's for sure, thank y'all for not taking care of me and paying that outrageous price, joke
Been here twice this year. Poison ivy & Fractured foot. Very polite staff & Doctor & little to no wait. So happy I found this place.
Worst bed side I have ever seen. Will not be back. The dr was so rude and treated me like I was an idiot.
Been a couple times now. Great folks with excellent service.
