The story is just to long as soon as I can get rid of it it's gone !!! been in shop several times from mold in cab to transmission not working correctly and sunroof broke in open position 2018 F150 30,000 miles waiting now for loaner because they put my rear seat in wrong and I can use my rear center seatbelt brought it in tech looks at it kept it 3 hrs and said nothing wrong with it and they were supposed to call when done never received a call had to call them and their response was oh its been done ok why didn't you call ... read more

I called over a month ago to bring my car in for a few things and I was put on a waiting list for a vehicle and have never got a call back! SAD!!!
RecommendedStaff are always very helpful and polite.
The engine light came on in my Lincoln MKC, and Shirley Chauvin took our vehicle in even with their busy schedule, and got it fixed. We are, and have always been pleased(since 1980!) with their service. 😊

Just had to buy the 3rd battery for a 2015 ford with under 50K miles on it. Both Terrebonne ford & Ford do not see a problem with having to purchase a new battery just about every year. This last battery almost made it to 16,500 miles. That's Terrebonne ford tough.
