I can't thank them enough! The staff, starting with stephanie, to amie and dr snoddy. Thank you for treating me with dignity and compassion! What a difference a day makes! You have made a difference!
The hygienist was very rude and changed our appointment time without notifying us, not once but twice. I never got an apology from anyone in the office, they just treated me like I was in the wrong. I even showed them the text on my phone that they had sent me that had the time on it. Then she proceeded to send my personal information via text out to someone other than me or my husband. I will never go back. I have already made a new appointment with Dr. Mast.
I have always had issues with my teeth and fear of dental work. The staff has been amazing at putting me at ease and helping me get a healthy smile again that I can be proud of. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me and I would highly recommend them to family and friends!!!
what a wonderful experience. staff was friendly and obviously highly skilled because i went in for two root canals, in some pain and about 90 min later they were done and i feel great. what a relief. thank you all so much!!!
