Worst place you could possibly call home. I can't tell you how much I regret purchasing this condo. The management is also an absolute nightmare to deal with . "The top of the line parking garage" barley ever works, you could park your car in there and might not be able to get it back out for days, sometimes weeks and when we contact management about it, they act like they didn't know it was down, despite multiple residents sending emails/phone calls repeatedly. Might be the worst place my partner and I have lived. The parking garage has been broken ever since we moved in and have had our vehicle either stuck inside for days at a time or made to park on the side of the road where we get ticketed. Building management is one of the worst as well. Extremely unhelpful or don’t answer at all. Don’t recommend this place to anyone with a car because that is the majority of its issues. Might be nice for someone who doesn’t drive. 👍🏻

I worked on this site for many months from March to July of this year. I used to get paid on time until late June of 2022. Things spiraled down when owner of the building (John) himself starts paying only the people that he wants to pay. After months of hard work that we put to complete this project, no appreciation at all and we were left with weeks without payment. Until now, we haven't heard anything back from the management for our pay.

Grate location and there is a golf course across the street and the higher levels get to see lake Ontario
