The Ferebee’s are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. They care deeply about their clients and the people they do business with. They helped us find a home in 2018 and consistently went above and beyond to get us into a property we felt safe and comfortable with. We have since moved and they continue to manage our property in Florida. As property managers they exceed expectations and keep very clear communications with both us and the home owners.
The owner and property manager of TerraOne Realty, Mr. Marvin Ferebee, is the property manager of a home in Satellite Beach in which there is vine and tree growth (invasive Carrol woods) that since 2016 has become out of control. I as the owner of the home directly behind this property have been paying to have the trees cut and maintained since 2016.
