We love these apartments! Very clean and staff is wonderful. We can walk to the shopping center and love the restaurants. Every time we need something it is addressed right away. We viewed a few floorplans, and all of them are spacious, I know you will love it as much as us.
Warning to anyone considering applying here: I paid an application deposit/fee and was later rejected. The management has refused to return my money. This is illegal under California law (Civil Code §§1950.5 & 1950.6). Landlords are not allowed to keep deposits or application fees that were not used for screening or when an applicant is not accepted. Terrible experience. I applied here but was not approved. They lied about returning my deposit — I waited months and never got it back. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my own money returned. After that, they had the audacity to send me a bill for doing the dispute. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.
Alex, Steven, and Daniel are wonderful maintenance workers here at Terrano. They are always friendly and personable, and make you feel comfortable. They are quick to address work orders and consistently on top of everything. I appreciate their professionalism and their friendliness.
