Alex, Steven, and Daniel are wonderful maintenance workers here at Terrano. They are always friendly and personable, and make you feel comfortable. They are quick to address work orders and consistently on top of everything. I appreciate their professionalism and their friendliness.
I have lived here for one year now and have had a great experience and great community. From the start moving from out of state Melissa went above and beyond to help support the move and getting us set up. She’s been great with anything we needed. We had an issue with our AC and Steven and Daniel were over within 15 minutes and had it fixed within the hour! During a hot summer in Corona it is much appreciated!!
They hit you with monthly cost i never used. Was there other four year and now they are trying to charge me for everything you can think of example $ 375 to clean and wax the floor this place in my option is hidden fee central.
